MFLEX – Account Deletion Policy

Account Deletion Request:

 

1.1 Users may request the deletion of their MFLEX account at any time.

 

1.2 To initiate the account deletion process, users can submit a request through the MFLEX app or contact customer support at [info@mflex.co.ke].

 

2. Confirmation of Identity:

 

2.1 MFLEX may require users to verify their identity before processing the account deletion request.

 

2.2 Verification may include providing information such as account credentials, email verification, or other relevant details.

 

3. Data Retention:

 

3.1 Upon confirmation of identity, MFLEX will proceed to delete the user’s account.

 

3.2 Some user data may be retained for a period required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes, such as record-keeping and resolving disputes.

 

4. Deletion of Personal Information:

 

4.1 MFLEX will take reasonable steps to delete all personal information associated with the user’s account.

 

4.2 User data, including personal information, will be securely and permanently deleted from our systems.

 

5. Communication:

 

5.1 Users will be notified once the account deletion process is complete.

 

5.2 Users are advised to check their email for any additional information regarding the account deletion.

 

6. Impact on Services:

 

6.1 Once an account is deleted, users will no longer have access to the MFLEX platform and its services.

 

6.2 Any ongoing transactions, appointments, or interactions with professionals may be affected by the account deletion.

 

7. Exceptions:

 

7.1 Certain data may be retained if required by law or if there are outstanding issues related to the user’s account, such as unresolved disputes or violations of the Terms and Conditions.

 

8. Changes to Deletion Policy:

 

8.1 MFLEX reserves the right to update or modify this Account Deletion Policy at any time.

 

8.2 Users will be notified of any changes to the policy. Continued use of the MFLEX app after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
